TAP-NY Yoga and Meditation for Emotional Wellness [Virtual]

Led by instructor Kristen Wang, this guided 60-minute session will take you through a series of Kundalini yoga movements, breathwork, and meditation to recenter and refocus yourself!
Kundalini Yoga pulls on various yogic principles and mechanics to form a comprehensive practice that combines physical postures, meditation, breathing exercises, and mantra or chanting. It’s a powerful form of yoga different than vinyasa or hatha yoga in that it focuses not only on providing a physical experience, but a spiritual experience as well. Kundalini Yoga works to increase mental clarity, improve emotional resilience, strengthen the nervous system and balance the endocrine system.

Kristen is a yoga and meditation teacher with a deep passion for holistic healing and personal development. She is also the founder of Soul & Well – a space for alternative wellness experiences and teachings to elevate the self. She attributes her own healing and empowerment journey to these practices, and is now on a mission to make them more inclusive and normalized for all.
