Join TAP-NY in learning how to make gua bao (刈包), or pork belly buns! This is a classic Taiwanese street food dish filled with braised pork belly, peanut powder, and cilantro!
Our favorite Taiwanese “A-ma” will be leading this class, so come out for a fun morning of a cooking demo, meeting new people, and most importantly, eating!
This cooking workshop will be held in Astoria (~30min from midtown). Please be aware that the cooking portion may take at least 2 hours so if you leave early, you may be unable to eat the final product.
