Join TAP-NY in learning how to make scallion pancake with egg (蔥油餅加蛋)! This is a classic Taiwanese street/breakfast food that is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside and even more flavorful with the scallions and egg!
Our favorite Taiwanese “A-ma” will be leading this class, so come out for a fun morning of a cooking demo, meeting new people, and most importantly, eating!
Please note: the cooking workshop is group-effort and individual stations will not be provided. The amount of hands-on cooking will vary depending on the dish.
This cooking workshop will be held in Astoria (~30min from midtown). Please be aware that the cooking portion may take at least 2 hours so if you leave early, you may be unable to eat the final product.
